Tour Itinerary

Wednesday, September 2
After making your own flight arrangements to Coolangatta, you will be met by a representative of RallySport Magazine and transferred to your hotel mid-afternoon.
Overnight: Mantra on Salt Beach (Rally HQ)
A pre-tour briefing will be held this evening for all tour participants.

Thursday, September 3
Cooked breakfast at hotel. After breakfast you will have the option to attend Rally Shakedown or spend free time at the hotel. In the afternoon we will visit the Service Park for a tour of the BP Ford service area and enjoy a private chat with Chris Atkinson (subject to Chris’s schedule). We will then attend the Rally Show and autograph signing, before watching the ceremonial start.

Friday, September 4
Breakfast at hotel.
Leg One: Travel by mini coach to Rally Australia. We endeavour to visit at least two spectator points each day in addition to the Super
Special and/or Service Park. Daily itinerary to be confirmed. Boxed lunch provided.
Overnight: Mantra on Salt Beach (Rally HQ)

Saturday, September 5
Breakfast at hotel.
Leg Two: Travel by mini coach to Rally Australia. Daily itinerary to be confirmed. Boxed lunch provided.
Overnight: Mantra on Salt Beach (Rally HQ)

Sunday, September 6
Breakfast at hotel.
Leg Three: Travel by mini coach to Rally Australia. Daily itinerary to be confirmed. Boxed lunch provided. We’ll return in time for the Ceremonial Finish. Optional farewell dinner tonight.
Overnight: Mantra on Salt Beach (Rally HQ)

Monday, September 7
Breakfast at hotel. We will depart for Coolangatta airport mid morning in time for passengers to catch their early afternoon flight home, concluding our Rally Australia Tour.

TOUR COST: 6 days/5 nights
$1870 per person twin share, land only. Single supplement: $430 extra Payment requirements: Booking deposit $500 per person
Then 2 installments:

Tour price includes:
- BP Ford service area tour.
- Meet and greet with Chris Atkinson.
- Return airport transfers from Coolangatta Airport.
- Five nights twin share hotel room accommodation at the hotel specified above.
- Breakfast each day.
- Boxed lunches on 3 rally days.
- Tours and transfers specified above, by either scheduled or private coach with driver and RallySport Magazine representative.
- Gold Passes to Rally Australia including Official Rally Program.
- Official RallySport Magazine merchandise.
- Official Rally Australia polo shirt.
- Reserved grandstand seating at Ceremonial Finish.
- Option to attend pre-event Shakedown, Rally Show and Ceremonial Start.

Tour cost does not include:
- Airfares, meals other than those specified above, personal expenses, tips and gratuities, hotel porterage.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that tour participants take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of sickness, lost luggage, cancellation, etc.

** Price is based on twin share hotel room at Mantra on Salt Beach Resort. If no hotel rooms are available, guests will be required to upgrade to an apartment at additional cost. Please contact RallySport Magazine for full details and accommodation availability.
