A: Advice was provided by various New South Wales Government Departments. The assessment focused on those stages of the rally that were within the Githabul Native Title Claim area. Hence, as advised, the Githabul people were consulted.

A: Most cultural heritage assessments reports are regarded as “restricted access” documents. Permission to view the Cultural Heritage assessment report or to reveal the contents of this report would have to be obtained from the Githabul Native Title Claimants.
